Professors Elaine Dennison and Nicholas Harvey gave plenary presentations on the Epidemiology of Osteoporosis and Risk Factors for Low Peak Bone Mass, respectively; 4 oral abstract presentations were contributed by Professor Nicholas Harvey, Dr Kate Ward, Dr Elizabeth Curtis and Dr Anna Litwic. The conference provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase the world leading science undertaken by MRC LEU researchers, across the whole lifecourse and spanning topics such as epigenetics of vitamin D metabolism through bone and muscle interactions to epidemiology of fracture.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
