The Epigenetics 2009 Annual Scientific Conference
Sebel, Albert Park, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

The Epigenetics 2009 Australian Scientific Conference will be held in Melbourne, Australia, on the first four days in December. The conference is the third in a series of highly successful epigenetics conferences which have been Australia-based but international in quality. The Melbourne conference has already attracted thirteen international and five Australian speakers covering topics as diverse as development origins of health and disease, cancer, stem cells, imprinting, non-coding RNA, and nuclear architecture, in a wide variety of organisms. It will focus on the latest technological developments in the field, provide opportunities for younger researchers and will be useful not only for epigenetics experts but for those wishing to learn about this exciting area from a faculty that includes many of the most pre-eminent investigators in this field. Melbourne is the cultural and culinary capital of Australia and has stunning scenery and unique wildlife within driving distance. The conference venue is the recently-refurbished Sebel Albert Park, which, overlooking Albert Park Lake, offers a relaxed environment only minutes away from Melbourne CBD.
